What do I need in order to receive a shipment? |
You need to:
Have the shipping document accompanying your items
Compare that document with the actual quantities received
When you have that information, click
next to the Order containing your shipment.
Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition displays the Receive - Receipt Entry page containing information about the items in the Order and their receiving status.
For each item in the Order, the Receiving Line Item Details section displays:
The Part Number
The Short Description
(you may click on this to see the Long Description)
The Quantity Ordered
The Quantity Received to Date
