Action Icons

Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition uses a number of images and symbols to provide information about results in tables and indicate further actions you may take. 

Action Icons are colored free-form images indicating an action that you can be performed on the item:
 
  
Go to the Home page
Open a secondary browser window 
Go to the Log Off page and exit the application 
Show all suppliers for this item
View more information about the item
Add the item to your Shopping Cart 
Add the item to your list of favorite items 
Delete the selected item, Shopping Cart, template, etc.
Distribute the cost of an item between two or more cost centers 
Display all of the contents in the selected Shopping Cart, template, Order, etc.
Hide all of the items in the selected Shopping Cart, template, Order, etc.
Create a new Shopping Cart by duplicating the contents of the selected Shopping Cart or Order

Print the displayed Shopping Cart, Order, report, etc.
Edit the selected Shopping Cart, template, etc. 
The selected item has an attachment. Click the icon to add or edit the attachment information
The selected item was added as a Special Request. Click the icon to display and edit the Special Request form.
The selected item was added using a SmartForm. Click the icon to display and edit the SmartForm
Save the selected Shopping Cart as a global template (if you have the privilege) for yourself and members of your Buying Organization 
Save the selected Shopping Cart as a personal template for your own use 
Cancel the Order, Change Request, etc.
View the approval history of a Shopping Cart
Substitute an alternative for an item
View approval history of an Order
Refresh the status of an Order to reflect information received from a supplier
Create a Change Request
View  the differences between the original Order and the selected Change Request
Respond to a Supplier Update
Restore a cancelled Order to its original state
View details of the selected Advance Ship Notice
Receive items in the selected Order
View the receipt history of the selected Order

Important Note

If you mouse-over an icon (move the mouse pointer over the image, but don't click either mouse button), the browser displays a tool tip, a small text box containing a few words explaining the function or meaning of the icon. For example "Preferred Supplier" or "Edit"
