Your Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition User Profile stores information about your electronic connections and what authorization you have to spend money.

These identifiers are needed to for receipt of
communications from hosted
suppliers:
User Login ID
This is how you are recognized by Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition when you log in. It is assigned by the Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition Administrator and identifies to Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition the privileges you have to access the system. You cannot change your User Login ID, but you can change your logon
password at any time.
Phone Number
Your office telephone number and extension.
Fax Number
The number of the fax machine in (or nearest to) your office.
Mail Stop
Your office mailbox location.
E-mail Address
Your office e-mail address.
These are the limits set, by the Administrator on your spending and approval authority:
Spending Limit
The largest dollar amount for which you may submit a Shopping Cart. If you exceed this
spending limit, the system
routes your
Shopping Cart to your designated approver.
Approval Limit
The largest dollar amount for which you may approve a Shopping Cart. If you exceed this
amount, the system
routes your Shopping Cart
to the next higher approver.
Spending Limit
Approver
The person designated to
approve Shopping Carts that exceed your
spending limit.

The name of a reviewer is not included in your User Profile.
When you want (or need) to, you can select any appropriate reviewer or an additional approver, and add them in the Shopping Cart page before checking out.
