You can make changes to any selected item, quantity, supplier or other information ant any time before submitting your Shopping Cart for approval.

After
approval, and the dispatch of Orders to suppliers, all changes must be submitted
as a Change Request and acknowledged by a Supplier Update. Only users with
appropriate privilege may create or view Change Requests.
