How do I explain when and where I need a service?

Items that require you to select from a large number of conditions, such as purchasing office furniture or hiring a temporary employee, are accompanied by a customized SmartForm including all of the necessary choices.

If the supplier of an item or service requires extra information from the buyer, a SmartForm is created and added to the system.

When you click , to add that item to your Shopping Cart, the system opens a secondary browser window containing a blank copy of the necessary SmartForm:

  1. Enter as much (or as little) information into the form as is necessary to define your purchase.

  2. Click [Continue]

    The system carries the captured information with the Shopping Cart through the workflow process and transmits it to the supplier.
