User Profile General Information

To view and edit your contact and credit card information: 

  1. Select Profile in the General menu on the Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition Home page.

    The browser displays your User Profile.

  2. Click the General tab.

    The browser displays your:
User Login ID An abbreviated version of your name that the system uses to recognize your access to the system
Spending Limit Maximum total dollar amount for which you may create a Shopping Cart. Any Shopping Cart that exceeds this amount is flagged as a problem and held for review. Your Spending Limit is $0.00 if you do not have Create Order privilege
Approval Limit Maximum total dollar amount for which you may approve a Shopping Cart. Any Shopping Cart that exceeds this amount is flagged as a problem and held for review. Your Spending Limit is $0.00 if you do not have Shopping Cart Approval privilege
Spending Limit Approver A more senior user (may be more than one, depending on the organization) who can approve Shopping Carts that require approval or which exceed your Spending Limit

Below this, there are text boxes containing editable information.

  1. Click  in the Phone Number text box and type your office area code and phone number.

  2. Click  in the Fax Number text box and type your fax machine's area code and phone number.

  3. Click  in the Mail Stop text box and type your office mail stop or office number.

  4. Click  in the Email Address text box and type your business e-mail address.

  5. Click [Save] to save your contact and credit card information (or Reset to cancel the operation.)

Credit Card Information

Below your contact information, there is a table showing information about the credit or charge cards you use for purchasing:

Credit Card Name The name be used when selecting the card, e.g. Bob Smith's Favorite VISA Card
Type The type of card: VISA, Mastercard or MC, American Express or AMEX, etc.
Priority Your preference for use of the card, 1=first, etc.
  1. Click  in the Actions column, to edit a credit card's information (You cannot add a new card. That must be done using the Administration Tools.)

    The browser displays the Credit Card information editing form.

  2. Click in the Credit Card Name text box and type the name to use for the card.

  3. Click in the Credit Card Type text box and type the card type.

  4. Select a priority number from the Priority drop-down menu.

  5. Select a date using the Expiration Date drop-down menus.

  6. Click [Save] (or Reset to cancel the operation.)

    The browser re-displays the User Profile General page.
  1. Click [Save]  to save your contact and credit card information (or [Reset] to cancel the operation.)
