Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition User Profile

Logging on to Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition requires a user name and password issued by your Administrator. This information tells the system that you are a registered user, and how to locate the information about you that is stored in your User Profile and elsewhere.

The system uses this information to determine what information you may view and how your Shopping Carts are to be routed in the workflow.

To view the editable information in your User Profile:

Select Profile in the General menu on the Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition Home page.

The browser displays the User Profile page, which has four tabs near the top, labeled:
General Where you can add or edit your contact and credit card information
Delegation Allowing you to delegate your approval responsibilities for a limited time
Preferences Where you can select your preferred shipping, billing and time zone information
Change Password Where you can change your logon password

To change other information about yourself (for example, your Spending Limit), you must contact your Administrator.
