User Profile Preferences

  To view and edit your preferences:

  1. Select Profile in the General menu on the Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition Desktop Edition Home page.

    The browser displays your User Profile.

  2. Click the Preferences tab.

    A number of text boxes are displayed. To save effort when creating Shopping Carts, you can select here your favorite for each value. The value you save will serve as a default for all your Shopping Carts. You will still be able to select any other approved value when editing the Shopping Cart.

    To fill the text boxes, you must select from drop-down menus or pop-up selection windows (if is displayed beside the text box.) 

    You cannot add or change any of the list entries. This can only be done using the Administration Tools.

  3. Select the default name and address for billing of your purchases.

  4. Select the default name and address for delivery of your purchases.

  5. Select the default name of a cost center for budgeting your purchases.

  6. Select your default locale (a combination of geographical location and language zone.)

  7. Select your default Time zone.

  8. Click [Save] (or [Reset] to cancel the operation.)
