Icons and Symbols

Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition uses a number of images and symbols to provide information about results in tables and indicate further actions you may take:

Buttons  Gray, lozenge-shaped images containing images or text explaining what happens when you click them. For example,
Click to display a drop-down menu
Click to move to the last page of a table of results
Search Click to search for the specified text string
Display Icons A colored free-form images providing additional information about an item retrieved from a search. For example: 
No information was returned for the indicated item
The indicated item is from a small business supplier
Action Icons A colored free-form images indicating an action that you can be performed on the item. For example:    
The indicated item was ordered using a special request form. Click the icon to view the Special Request form.
Click the icon to view more information about the item and, if necessary, edit it.   

Important Notice

Tool Tips

If you mouse-over an icon (move the mouse pointer over the image, but don't click either mouse button), the browser displays a tool tip containing a few words explaining the function or meaning of the icon. For example "Preferred Supplier" or "Edit"
