What is my User Profile? |
Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition stores information about every user and some of their preferences for using the product. This includes:
Personal
contact information, such as your logon name and
password, your phone numbers and e-mail address.
Personal
spending information, such as your spending limit, designated approver and your credit card information.
Personal preferences, such as the addresses to which your Shopping Carts will usually be billed and shipped.
If you are an approver, you can use the User Profile to delegate your responsibility (and approval limit) to another user while you are out of the office.
You can view your own User Profile at any time you are using Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition and change some of the contact information and preferences.
Some information can only be changed by an Enterprise Buyer 2.0 Desktop Edition Administrator using the Administration Tools interface.
